Man suffers fractured cheekbone in attack in Corby

A man was knocked unconsciousness during an assault in Corby.
The 46-year-old victim was leaving an address in Mantlefield Road, shortly after 4.30pm last Friday (September 29) when he was approached and assaulted as he walked into Beanfield Avenue.
After being pushed to the floor he was kicked to the head causing him to lose consciousness. The victim also suffered a fractured cheek bone in the attack.
The offender was described as a white man, aged about 40, 5ft 5in with black-brown shoulder length hair. He was wearing a blue shirt, blue shorts and black boots with stripy socks.
