Crime prevention advice in Corby
December 7, 2017
A pop-up shop in Corby is being set up in the run-up to Christmas to offer crime prevention advice to the public.
The pop-up shop at 6 New Post Office Square is being run by Corby’s Neighbourhood Policing Team and will be manned from 10-2pm from 11-22 December with additional later opening times between 19-22 December to coincide with late night shopping.
The shop will be manned by Police officers, PCSOs and Corby Borough Council with Citizen’s Advice Bureau available on 11 December and loan shark advice available on 11, 14, 15 and 20 December.
The shop will provide members of the public with a great opportunity to meet their local neighbourhood policing team and get advice from the council. They’ll also be able to have their say on issues in their local area that matter to them.
Free hot drinks and mince pies will be available.
