Witness appeal following burglary in Duston, Northampton

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Hawkstone Close, Duston Northampton. 

The crime took place between 9.45pm and 10.15pm on Wednesday, November 22, when four males forced entry into the property by smashing a rear window and threatened the victims in the house before assaulting one of them. 

The males then stole a large quantity of cash and jewellery including gold necklaces with detailed pendants and various precious stones, a thick gold chain with a sun style pendant, thick gold bangles, gold earrings, gold headwear, a gold chain with heart pendant and 22 carat gold rings.

The offenders are described as four white males wearing black face coverings and black trousers. Two of them wore black jumpers and the other two wore grey jumpers. All four wore gloves and one was holding a shiny silver, sharp weapon with a wooden handle. A white vehicle was seen in the area at the time.
