A flat used by drug users has been closed by Northamptonshire Police following complaints by residents.
The property in Church Mews, off Judith Road, Kettering, was boarded up on Friday after Northampton Magistrates’ Court issued a closure order.
PC Teri Turner, said: “We take these type of complaints very seriously.
“We’ve had lots of complaints from residents about drug paraphernalia in the area and drug dealing at the address.
“One property can have such a big impact on the community and Northamptonshire Police is working hard to eradicate problems like this.”
Anyone with concerns about drug use where they live can contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
