Welcome to the SPECTRUM Network website. I am the current Chairperson and I'm pleased that you found time to look us up! We are the support group for LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Trans) Officers and Staff of Northamptonshire Police in the United Kingdom. Established in 2004 we have three main aims. First and foremost to support members around issues concerning sexuality. To engage, advise, and support Chief Officers and Senior Management on both internal and external Policing issues and finally we are a social forum for the whole Northamptonshire Police service through organising events and the like. As a serving Police Officer I am proud to belong to the Northamptonshire Police family and pleased that issues surrounding sexuality are recognised, taken seriously and fully supported by those I work with.
